We are experiencing issues with our remote reading system. While the meter is fully functional, the sending unit is not sending the read back to the office. We are currently looking for a new system, but in the meantime, if you are able, we request that you call the office with a meter reading. We normally figure bills beginning the 23rd of the month, if you could call your read in around that day (or any day that works better for you), we would appreciate it. Please only get in your meter can if you are physically able!

A major break has been found in the main line that supplies the District's water. Customers district wide will experience little to no water while repars are being made. We do not know how long the water will be off. Maintenance is already working on it and will work as quickly as possible to get the water restored. Please keep in mind that the workers who answer the After Hours calls are the same workers trying to repair the break- they will not be able to answer the phone.

Water Outages

There is a construction crew moving through the District installing fiber optic lines that keep hitting our water lines, sometimes multiple times in a day/night. We have no advance notice or any way to warn customers of when the water will be off. The maintenance crews are working day, night and weekends to get the water restored as quickly as possible once we are notified. Please know that we are doing everything we can to prevent this, but these crews are not our employees or contractors and we have no authority over them.
