Water discoloration

We have been informed by our water supplier, OOWA, that there may be a yellow-ish discoloration to the water for several days.  We have been assured that the water is safe to drink.

Water Outages

There is a construction crew moving through the District installing fiber optic lines that keep hitting our water lines, sometimes multiple times in a day/night. We have no advance notice or any way to warn customers of when the water will be off.  The maintenance crews are working day, night and weekends to get the water restored as quickly as possible once we are notified. Please know that we are doing everything we can to prevent this, but these crews are not our employees or contractors and we have no authority over them.

We believe the online balances issue has been fixed- see Online Balances Alert for more information.

Online Balances

We believe we have corrected the issue with the online balances not updating.

Please be sure to double check your bill card before making your payment though, just to be safe.  You may always call the office at 918.476.8992 to verify the amount owed as well.  We thank you for your patience and understanding.
